Sole thickness and upper material. Economy open-toe pairs are for one-night amenity use; 4★ properties typically use padded closed-toe; 5★ suites use thick-sole velour that guests often take home — which is the point.

What’s the MOQ for logo printing?+

Logo printing starts at 100 pairs; embroidery on terry/velour from 200 pairs. Mixed-grade orders (e.g. standard rooms + suites) can share one logo setup.

How are slippers packed?+

Standard is paired in a clear polybag. Printed paper sleeves and boxes are available for premium programs — we’ll send packaging samples with your slipper samples.

Are spa slippers really anti-slip?+

Spa-grade pairs use TPR dotted or full-rubber soles tested for wet tile. For pool decks we recommend the full-rubber option.
