About Us

Your export desk in Istanbul

Hotel Textile Supply is a hospitality textile sourcing and export company based in Istanbul, Turkey. We connect hotels, resorts, spas and trade buyers worldwide with vetted Turkish textile producers — and manage everything between your inquiry and your delivery.

What We Do

One contact, full order

Buying textiles from another country usually means juggling factory communication, quality risk, sampling logistics, export paperwork and freight — in a language and time zone that aren’t yours. Our job is to remove that friction. You send one inquiry in English; we handle producer selection, pricing, sampling, quality control, documentation and shipping, and stay your single point of contact throughout.

We are deliberately not a marketplace and not a faceless trading site. Every order is coordinated by a named export specialist who knows your spec, your deadline and your quirks — and answers on WhatsApp.

Our Principles

How we work

🔍
Transparency

No hidden costs in quotes. You’re informed at every stage from sampling to shipment.

🧪
Sample First

We never start bulk production without your physical sample approval. No exceptions.

Speed

48-hour quote commitment, and priority production paths for urgent seasonal orders.

🤝
Partnership

We aim for annual supply relationships, not one-off transactions — and price accordingly.

Whether it’s 50 robes or 5 containers — the conversation starts the same way.
