What file format do you need for my logo?+

Vector files (AI, EPS or vector PDF) give the cleanest result for embroidery and jacquard. If you only have a PNG/JPG, send it anyway — our studio can usually redraw it as vector for a small fee or free on confirmed orders.

Is the mockup really free?+

Yes — the digital mockup and quote carry no obligation. You only pay if you proceed to physical sampling or production.

Embroidery or jacquard — which should we choose?+

Embroidery is more flexible (lower MOQ, any product, fast) and reads as premium. Jacquard is woven into the cloth itself — the most luxurious look, best for towel borders at 100+ pcs. Many hotels embroider robes and jacquard their towels.

Can you produce fully custom items, not in your catalog?+

Often yes — through our production network we’ve handled custom picnic blankets, branded beach bags, specialty covers and more. Describe the item and target quantity and we’ll confirm feasibility within a few days.
