Most 4★ properties use 500–600 GSM bath towels in ring-spun cotton — a good balance of plushness and laundry durability. We’re happy to send samples at two GSM weights so you can compare.

What’s the difference between ring-spun and open-end?+

Ring-spun yarn is smoother and stronger, giving a softer feel and longer life — ideal for guest-facing towels. Open-end is more economical and works well for back-of-house or high-turnover use.

Can you match our existing towel?+

Yes. Send us a sample or its specification (GSM, size, colour) and we’ll match construction and shade as closely as possible, then confirm with a physical sample before production.

How long does production take?+
