Custom Production Without Guesswork

Private label textile programs with product development, samples, branding, packing and production coordination.

Custom Production Without Guesswork
CUSTOM PRODUCTION

From reference product to approved production specification.

Custom production is managed as a controlled approval process. A useful quotation must define what changes, what stays fixed and how the final result will be accepted.

01

Technical brief review

We organize product purpose, construction, composition, size, weight, colour, performance target and reference files into one working specification.

02

Material and construction options

Available fabrics, yarns, fillings, trims, closures and finishes are compared against end use, care route, budget and volume.

03

Sampling route

The required approval step—reference sample, lab dip, strike-off, size set or pre-production sample—is defined before bulk work.

04

Branding and packaging

Logo method, label content, barcode, individual pack, carton mark and export packing are agreed as part of the product.

05

Change control

Approved specifications and revisions are recorded so that price, timing and repeat orders follow the same version.

06

Bulk release

Production proceeds only after the commercial offer, sample route, acceptance points and shipment terms are confirmed.

BUYER-READY PROCUREMENT

A complete quotation starts with a complete brief.

We do not hide missing information behind a generic price. The project desk converts product, quantity, destination and compliance needs into a comparable sourcing brief.

01

Define the product

Share the product name, reference image, composition, construction, dimensions, colour and intended use.

02

Define the volume

State trial quantity, expected repeat volume, packing unit and whether partial deliveries are acceptable.

03

Define the destination

Add delivery country and city, requested Incoterm, target date and any consolidation need.

04

Define the evidence

List sample, test report, inspection, labelling, origin or shipment-document requirements.
