Individual pack, inner quantity, carton or roll protection, moisture protection and handling marks are confirmed before dispatch.

Carton and roll data

Dimensions, gross/net weight, units, roll length and pallet assumptions are collected for transport planning.

Labels and marks

Buyer label, SKU, barcode, country marking, carton number and destination marks are checked against approved artwork.

Consolidation readiness

Pickup location, cargo-ready date and compatibility of product groups are reviewed before combining shipments.

Commercial documents

Invoice, packing list and any agreed origin, inspection or transport documents are prepared for the transaction.

Incoterm handover

The named place, risk transfer, freight responsibility and customs responsibility are written clearly—not assumed from a three-letter term alone.

Share the product name, reference image, composition, construction, dimensions, colour and intended use.

State trial quantity, expected repeat volume, packing unit and whether partial deliveries are acceptable.

Add delivery country and city, requested Incoterm, target date and any consolidation need.

Define the evidence

List sample, test report, inspection, labelling, origin or shipment-document requirements.
